By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pbingo platform available at pbingo.net (hereinafter referred to as "pbingo," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pbingo platform and close your account. Continued use of pbingo following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to pbingo and participation in any real-money gaming activity on the platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law governing casino-style gambling and online gaming activities regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing pbingo from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pbingo, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pbingo or by any regulatory authority.

pbingo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to: a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or driver's license. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age and identity within the timeframe specified by pbingo may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access real-money gaming features on pbingo, you must complete the account registration process and pass the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. The following rules apply to all pbingo accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one pbingo account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pbingo Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pbingo will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account transfer: pbingo accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• Notification of unauthorized access: If you suspect that your pbingo account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify pbingo's support team immediately via live chat.

pbingo reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where pbingo reasonably suspects that the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 have not been met.

pbingo accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment methods for Philippine-based players:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to an eligible bank account

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on pbingo:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• pbingo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• pbingo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which pbingo accepts no responsibility.

pbingo reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, or compliance review. In cases where fraudulent activity is confirmed, pbingo reserves the right to forfeit the relevant funds and close the account.

pbingo offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above who hold a single, active pbingo account in good standing.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be used within thirty (30) days of being credited to your account. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically after this period.
• pbingo reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including, but not limited to, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on the pbingo platform — including bingo, slots, live dealer games, and table games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game on pbingo, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All game outcomes on pbingo are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers under controlled conditions.
• pbingo's games are tested and certified for fairness by independent third-party testing laboratories. Certification details are available upon request.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on pbingo's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed definitive.
• Technical malfunctions — including software errors, disconnections, or display errors — void all pays and plays affected by the malfunction. pbingo will not be liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• pbingo reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, manipulation, or breach of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pbingo platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with pbingo games or the platform interface.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected technical error must be reported to pbingo support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the pbingo platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with pbingo.
• Accessing pbingo from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using a VPN or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pbingo staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to pbingo's systems, databases, or other players' accounts.

pbingo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than confirmed fraud or breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will not be returned upon account closure.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their pbingo account may do so at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days.

pbingo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pbingo platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

pbingo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on pbingo, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pbingo will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms, or as described in the Privacy Policy. All content on the pbingo platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall design and layout of pbingo.net — is the exclusive property of pbingo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pbingo platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the pbingo platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the pbingo platform.
• Use pbingo's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any pbingo content.

Any unauthorised use of pbingo's intellectual property may result in legal action. pbingo reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pbingo's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pbingo account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pbingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if pbingo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pbingo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond pbingo's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. pbingo will not be liable for any losses arising from such unavailability.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pbingo platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account transactions, pbingo operates an internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact pbingo's support team via live chat with full details of the disputed transaction or game round, including the date, time, game name, and amount involved. pbingo will acknowledge your dispute within two (2) business days and provide a final determination within fourteen (14) business days.

pbingo reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pbingo will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the pbingo platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
